Each project package includes 30-90 days of post-launch support for bug fixes. After that, you can take ongoing maintenance via one of our monthly retainers: Care (Rp 1.5M/mo, hosting + monitoring), Pro Care (Rp 3M/mo, + bug fixes + 24h SLA), or Studio (Rp 6M/mo, + 16 dev hours + 4h SLA).

Yes, for Growth and Pro tiers. Content is stored in MDX files in the repo, which you can edit via GitHub web editor. No terminal needed.

Project packages: 50% DP, 50% on delivery (Starter, Growth) or 30/40/30 (Pro, Custom). Monthly retainers (Care, Pro Care, Studio) are billed monthly with 3- or 6-month minimums. Bank transfer (BCA/Mandiri/BNI), e-wallet (GoPay/OVO), or PayPal (international).
